The experiment uses aluminum-silicon HZL-101A alloy and aluminum-copper HZI206 alloy. The use of HZ-101A alloy is simple in composition, and the thermal stress generated during casting stress and heat treatment is small. HzL-206 is a solid solution multiphase high-temperature heat-resistant alloy, with complex composition, large casting stress and internal stress after heat treatment. The thermal cycle treated part is a parabolic disc casting (see Figure 1), which is an aviation radar The last important part. The product has a very high degree of guessing about the geometrical dimensions of the parabolic surface of the part. If the geometrical dimensions of a parabolic surface change slightly, it will bring serious adverse consequences to the density of the product. However, the wall thickness of the piano piece has a large difference, and the smaller residual stress will cause the change of the geometrical dimensions of the part at the deep and deep change of the thickness. Therefore, eliminating the residual stress of reading parts is essential to improve the precision of the product
