Our full-service capabilities include two vertical double-disc grinders with huge throughput, allowing us to handle the largest orders and tight production schedules, while grinding parts to close tolerances. Solid parts and pipes, including thin-walled pipes, can be processed without a heat-affected zone, and the surface finish is significantly improved.

Our double-disc grinding process grinds both sides of the workpiece at the same time, and the same amount of material can be removed from both sides in one operation. This not only ensures better control of dimensional tolerances, flatness and parallelism, but also reduces internal stress and improves part stability during secondary processing.

Our double-disc grinding is suitable for almost any metal and can meet a wide range of manufacturing requirements and demanding specifications-providing cost-effective thickness dimensions for a large number of small parts (such as fine blanking, die-casting and sintered metal parts).
