This is a highly portable and lightweight swivel fishing rod with an optional hard case. No portability has been sacrificed in the design of this extremely durable package. The rod weighs just 6 ounces, and the case weighs just 11.5 ounces. When the rod with the spool comes into its custom carrying case, it's a total of 17.5 ounces.
