Cone roller bearings mainly bear radial-based radial and axial combined loads. The bearing carrying capacity depends on the raceway angle of the outer ring, the greater the bearing capacity. This type of bearing is a separate type of bearing, according to the number of columns of the rolling body in the bearing is divided into a single column, double column and four columns of conical roller bearings. Single-row conical roller bearing play requires user adjustment at installation time, and two-column and four-row conical roller bearing play has been given in accordance with user requirements at the factory, without user adjustment.
The conical roller bearings have a conical inner ring and an outer ring, and the conical rollers are arranged between the two. The projection lines on all conical surfaces meet at the same point on the bearing axis. This design makes the cone roller bearings particularly suitable for composite (radial and axial) loads. The axial load capacity of a bearing is largely determined by the contact angle alpha; The size of the angle is expressed by the calculation factor e, and the larger the e value, the greater the contact angle, the greater the suitability of the bearing to withstand the axial load.
The cone roller bearings are usually separate, i.e. the conical inner ring assembly consisting of the inner ring with roller and cage assembly can be installed separately from the conical outer ring (outer ring).
Conical roller bearings are widely used in automobiles, mills, mines, metallurgy, plastic machinery and other industries.
