1. Sand belt run-off, generally due to improper adjustment caused, the normal sand belt swing should be swing for 15-20mm, swing frequency of 15-20 times / minute, the swing speed is moderate and the swing speed is consistent. If in an abnormal state, a long time, may be run-off phenomenon, especially the swing speed is inconsistent, more likely to cause abnormal shutdown phenomenon; Poor vacuuming, high dust concentration will affect the normal work of the photoelectric tube, but also cause the sand belt run off;

 

2. Limit failure, sand belt on both sides are limited switch, when the sand belt swing failure, to one side of the run, touch the limit switch, sand belt release, the main motor automatically stopped, can effectively protect the sand belt. Once the limit fails, it can cause damage to the sand belt, the friction rack to produce Mars, and even cause a fire. Therefore, the limit switch should always check that the action is reliable.

 

3. Sand belt wrinkle, sand belt once wrinkled can no longer be used, generally caused sand belt wrinkle has three possibilities: sand rollerand and tension roller wear caused by grinding want to repair the roller;

 

4. Sand belt break, sand belt break mainly due to the sand belt run off, or the sand belt grinding blunt did not replace in time, or sand ingressing load is too large, or sand cutting process encountered hard, or the sand belt itself quality problem caused. Avoid sand belt breakage as far as possible, as this may cause fire. When the current is abnormal, it should be observed that the sand belt has been blunted and, if so, replaced in time.

 

6. Into the board run-off, slip, rebound, in the sander adjustment requires the upper conveyor roller reverse pressure spring adjustment to two-thirds (the remaining one-third), the upper conveyor roller and the lower conveyor roller interval should be less than the thickness of the passed slab 1.5mm or 1mm, otherwise it will cause the slab run or slip. In severe cases, it causes a rebound, which can hurt personal safety.

 

7. After replacing the sand belt sand cutting plate size changes, sander cantilever in the locking block loosening or locking, the position fluctuates greatly, normal should be within 0.5mm. If too large, when locking the lock block cantilever, the size difference of the locking force will make the repeated accuracy of the cantilever different, causing the sand plate size fluctuations, directly affecting the sanding machine sanding accuracy. When the cantilever error is too large (more than 0.5mm) the locking block fixing bolts should be unscrewed properly adjusted, and the locking force should be consistent when replacing the sand belt.

 

8. When the air car when the conveyor roller does not turn intermittently or not, when working, generally can not observe the above situation, only when empty car can be found, because the transmission of power in the worm wheel deceleration part of the wear or all wear. While there is no impact on work, other worm wheels can reduce their life span due to increased workload, resulting in greater losses. Therefore, as soon as this situation is found, it should be replaced immediately.

 

9. The main housing vibrates abnormally. Under normal circumstances the main housing vibration is very small, experienced operators can determine whether it is normal, in the field generally no conditions to measure with instruments, but can be used and other housing comparison to judge, can also be judged from the sand plate surface. When the occurrence of housing vibration anomalies, can be considered two reasons, one is bearing damage, as long as the replacement of bearings can be, the other is the contact roller wear, loss of garden, the original dynamic balance damage, resulting in vibration anomalies, this situation must be removed from the sand rollerforth for maintenance.

 

10. The main transmission belt is slippery, and the high-speed flat belt is used in both Q-type and M-type sander machines. This kind of transmission form is theoretically more efficient than the triangular belt transmission. However, in the actual use, there will be belt run-off or slip phenomenon, which is mainly caused by improper adjustment. It should be adjusted strictly in accordance with the requirements of the belt elongation rate of 1.5-2%, and the two sides of the belt are tight and consistent. When the requirements of adjustment, should be test edited, especially when the main motor current suddenly increased, to observe whether the belt is running off, if the run-off, should be secondary adjustment.
