Problem one, the outer round grinder processing workpiece surface has ripples.

Cause: 1, grinding wheel static balance difference.

2, grinding wheel hardness is too high or grinding wheel viscosity is uneven, grinding wheel becomes dull, and the friction force with the workpiece increases, so that the periodic vibration of the workpiece increases.

3, grinding wheel spindle tile wear, with the gap large spindle in the rotation floating, so that the grinding wheel produces imbalance, vibration.

4, grinding wheel flange plate cone hole and grinding wheel spindle cone end contact is poor, grinding causes the grinding wheel to beat.

5, grinding wheel frame motor vibration, transmission belt too tight, loose or inconsistent length to produce vibration.

6, grinding wheel frame motor balance difference.

7, workpiece center hole and top contact poor.

8, the top of the workpiece is not suitable, too tight so that the workpiece rotation is not uniform, too loose so that the system rigidity is reduced.
