The CNC processing of the form factor and the internal cavity part refers to the CNC processing of the shape and internal cavity of the part that needs to be carried out simultaneously under the condition of a one-time card. The structure of this kind of part is more complex than the part class only internal cavity processing, which generally requires a single mount card on the CNC machine tool, and at the same time processes the complex cavity and shape, which can guarantee the relative accuracy between the part shape and the internal cavity, reduce the number of cards installed and improve the processing efficiency.

   

Parts of the card to be installed according to the specific structural characteristics of different locations, there are generally the following two cases.

   

One situation is that the structural characteristics of the parts provide a shape position that can be used for loading cards, such as parts with step-type shape, or only part of the shape needs to be nuncically controlled processing, but there are still available form factors for card loading, in this case, the use of card forming to achieve CNC processing, blank appearance can be processed by ordinary machine tools.

   

Another situation is that the structural characteristics of the parts do not provide a shape position that can be used for loading cards, in this case, it is necessary to leave the card margin through the blanks, after the CNC processing shape and cavity to remove the card balance.
