How to look at the technical level of CNC precision processing plants, the most intuitive feedback is its processing efficiency and repeat positioning accuracy.The repeat positioning accuracy of a machine tool is assumed to be able to achieve the 0.005mm standard, then this is a high-precision machine tool. If it is less than 0.005mm, it is an ultra-high precision machine tool. In addition to the system accuracy, the hardware also needs to have the best screw and bearing to match.




When talking about the "precision" of CNC machine tools, it is necessary to clarify the definition of standards, indicators and calculation methods. Some CNC machine tool production trademarks in Japan use "JISB6201" or "JISB6336" or "JISB6338" when setting the "accuracy". JISB6201 is generally used for general-purpose machine tools and ordinary CNC machine tools, JISB6336-generally used for machining centers, and JISB6338 is generally used for vertical machining centers. The three standards mentioned above are basically the same when defining position accuracy. We take ISB6336 as an example, because on the one hand the standard is newer, on the other hand it is slightly more accurate than the other two standards.




European machine tool manufacturers, especially German and Swiss manufacturers, generally adopt the VDI/DGQ3441 standard. American machine tool manufacturers usually adopt the NMTBA (NationallMachineToolBuilder'sAssn) standard (the standard is derived from a study of the American Machine Tool Manufacturers Association and was promulgated in 1968, which was later modified).

The standards mentioned above are all related to the ISO standard. The machining center plus [the dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy of typical parts are taken as an example to compare with the domestic and foreign levels. The domestic level is roughly 0.008 ~ 0.010mm, and the international advanced level is 0.002 ~ 0.003mm.

However, there is still a big gap with the development of some advanced products and technologies in foreign countries in the middle and high-end CNC machine tools, most of which are in the stage of technology tracking

CNC precision machining is mainly used to solve domestic high-tech and ultra-precision machining of key national defense products. Although the demand is not very large, it is a sensitive technology blocked by foreign technology. On the other hand, the in-depth study of CNC precision machining technology, the extension of its results will contribute to the research and development and industrialization of CNC precision machining that requires a large amount of processing accuracy at the sub-micron level.
