2. Cooling deformation after processing of work parts.  

 

This is basically unavoidable, during processing as much as possible to pay attention to the use of coolant, as well as in the in-place measurement, pay attention to the cooling work item deformation.

1. Processing process.

3. Numerical calculations in manual programming and automatic programming.  

 

In manual programming, computational errors are also common, but now most production is automatic programming, and in the automatic programming process can be the maximum to avoid computational errors, data can ensure a certain degree of accuracy.

 

4. Inaccurate knife is also the cause of dimensional error factors, so, try to choose a good edge finder, if the machine has automatic to the knife that is better, if there is no edge finder, can only be based on a certain operating experience to take trial cutting and other measures.
