   1. Effectively protect the guide wheel and prevent current from passing through the guide wheel and bearing. Because the guide wheel bearing is fixed on the wire frame on the bed, although the guide wheel sleeve is insulated, it is soaked by water and dirt, and the insulation is not reliable enough. In order to prevent current from flowing through the guide wheel and bearing and through the bearing seat to the bed, the bed and the high-frequency source must be insulated.


  Second, protect the wire barrel bearing and wire guide rail. The reason is also to avoid the passage of current from the molybdenum wire, to the wire barrel, to the bearing, to the guide rail and to the bed.


   3. Protection of the insulation of the winding and the casing of the stepper motor. Because the winding of the stepper motor is directly connected to 0V-24V, the negative electrode of the high-frequency power supply is also connected to 0V due to the frequency conversion sampling. At this time, once the scrap or workpiece is in immediate contact with the bed, the entire potential difference of the high-frequency power supply It is added between the motor winding and the motor casing, which is very easy to cause the stepping motor winding and casing breakdown and burnout.


   4. Avoid energy loss and ensure the peak current of the pulse source. Once the insulation between the incoming block or the workpiece pad and the bed is reduced, the bed becomes a power dissipation resistor for the positive and negative poles of the short-circuit or partial short-circuit pulse source. The energy is lost, the current peak is weakened, and the sampling is not accurate. Cutting efficiency will be significantly reduced.


   Therefore, the insulation of the power supply block, the workpiece pad and the bed should be checked and maintained frequently to maintain a high insulation strength. This is an important part of CNC lathe machining machine tool maintenance.
