Common fault four: shell screw oil leakage.
Fault analysis: the oil tank is filled with too much oil, excess oil leaks from the bearings on the screw.
Solution: Oil injection should be carried out by the amount of marking on the oil label and should not exceed the central mark.
Fault v: The drill mill does not work.
Solution: Check whether the power supply is on, whether the gear is closed, if both are done or do not work then contact the manufacturer.
Fault six: drill milling machine motor spindle does not turn.
Solution: Check whether the motor gears are falling off, which is generally caused by the loss of the gears at the link point of the spindle box to the milling machine.
Fault 7: The hole drilled out of the drill mill ingress is not round.
Solution: check the drill chuck's spindle contact rod is not correct, the spindle inside the hole force is not oil, if these two are no problem that the quality of the drill chuck is not good, change the national standard drill chuck and the rod on it.
