Numerical control lathes evolved from the original ordinary lathes based on the numerical control transformation. Now the CNC lathe industry has developed into different types today.


  The classification methods are also different:


   One. If it is classified according to the type of guide rail, it can be roughly divided into two categories: linear rail CNC lathe and hard rail CNC lathe.


  二. If divided according to the degree of inclination of the bed, it can be roughly divided into flat bed CNC lathe and inclined bed CNC lathe. Of course, there are angle distinctions in the inclined bed CNC lathe, such as 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degrees, and 90 degrees.


Of course, there are many models of CNC lathes, which are generally classified according to the turning diameter and processing length of the bed: for example, the turning diameter of the bed is 500MM, the effective machining length is 850MM, and the Z axis stroke is 1000MM. We can call it CK5085 CNC lathe. Or CK6150/1000 CNC lathe. Of course, different manufacturers have different definitions of models, but customers can probably choose according to the above-mentioned points when choosing.
