   1. After the precision parts are processed and powered on, check whether the switches, buttons and keys are normal, flexible, and whether the machine tool is abnormal.

  2. After inputting the program, carefully check the processing code, address, value, sign and decimal point of precision parts.

   3. Measure and calculate the workpiece coordinate system correctly. And check the results obtained?? · Input the workpiece coordinate system, and coordinate. The coordinate value, sign and decimal point are checked carefully.

  4. Before loading the workpiece, run the program once dry to see whether the program can proceed smoothly, whether the tool and fixture are installed properly, and whether there is "overtravel".

  5. When cutting, the rapid override switch to the lower gear.

  6. When cutting and feeding, when the tool moves to 30-50mm of the workpiece, under the feed hold, verify whether the remaining values of the Z-axis and X-axis coordinates are consistent with the processing program.

  7. In cutting and processing, after sharpening the tool and changing the tool, re-measure the tool position and modify the tool compensation value and tool compensation number.

   8. After the order is revised, carefully check the revised part.

   9. The machine tool can only be started after confirming that the workpiece is clamped. It is strictly prohibited to measure or touch the workpiece while the workpiece is rotating.

   10. Stop handling when abnormal conditions such as workpiece jump, shaking, abnormal sound, loose fixtures, etc. occur during operation.

  11. After the emergency stop, the machine tool "return to zero" operation should be performed again to run the program again.
