In a safety study, dog pesticides were administered orally to 8- to 9-week-old Beagle puppies at 1, 3, and 5 times the maximum exposure (6.3 mg/kg) every 28 days 3 treatments followed by 3 treatments every 14 days for a total of 6 courses. Dogs in the control group were sham dosed.
