In order to prevent fouling in the condenser tube, routine maintenance is required while the condenser is running.
The daily maintenance methods of condenser water pipes are divided into physical cleaning and chemical cleaning.
(1) Physical cleaning:
Physical cleaning is generally divided into 1 installation of rubber ball cleaning device condenser rubber ball cleaning device is mainly composed of the ball collecting net, the rubber ball circulation pump, the ball loading device, the program control system, the cleaning rubber ball and the valve pipeline. It uses the action of water flow to squeeze a clean rubber ball with a diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the condenser cooling pipe through the cooling pipe, repeatedly scrub the inner wall of the cooling pipe, and bring out impurities, thereby improving the cleanliness of the cooling pipe and avoiding corrosion under scale Extend the service life of the cooling pipe. The device can be used under the condition of the unit without stopping and without load reduction. The vacuum degree of the condenser is improved and the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine is improved.
In order to prevent the rubber ball from blocking the cooling water pipe, the diameter of the selected rubber ball should be 1-2mm larger than the inner diameter of the condenser tube. Generally, each water pipe passes an average of 3 to 5 balls during each cleaning.
The ball collection rate of the rubber ball cleaning device is ≥90%.
The gum ball cleaning frequency is generally 1-2 times a week. The cleaning frequency should not be too many, so as not to damage the protective film of the copper pipe and cause corrosion of the water pipe.
2 Install the screw tie device Install the screw tie device inside the condenser water pipe. It uses the flow rate of water to drive the spiral tie to rotate by itself in the copper pipe for a long time. The rotating spiral tie disturbs the laminar flow edge layer, so that calcium carbonate scale cannot be retained on the pipe wall and brought out of the water pipe to maintain the copper pipe for a long time The inner wall is clean and free of dirt. At the same time, by strongly disturbing the boundary retention layer, the heat transfer of the boundary retention layer with the largest thermal resistance is effectively strengthened, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and production increase.
The spiral tie is made of polymer material, which has a density similar to that of water. It can float in the center of the tube well and avoid hard friction with metal during operation. At the same time, it also protects the hydrogenation film on the metal surface, which better solves the service life and heat transfer effect of the copper tube.
Conditions of use of spiral tie device:
The water flow of the copper pipe in the condenser A≥1ms.
