Case: The surface of the rod diameter of the fine turning machine of the row knife machine has stripes, the number of revolutions is two thousand, and the feed is 0.08. The margin of 0.30.60.8 has been tried.
Preliminary analysis reasons: 1. The main shaft bearing is damaged, and the Z-axis ball screw may also be damaged. 2. The main shaft chuck vibrates. 3. The rough turning allowance is too large, resulting in ellipse or excessive runout, and d0P caused by uneven allowance
The specific judgment is as follows, and one by one needs to be excluded.
1. The general rule is: horizontal stripes appear.
Second, there seems to be no horizontal stripes on the picture. For such lines, you should look for problems in the cutting graphics. Do not lift the bar. As long as you zoom in enough, you can see the horizontal stripes, but that is not important.
3. Feed 0.08. I understand that eating knife 0.04 on one side is a bit small.
Fourth, the photo looks like a spiral pattern with a relatively large spacing. I think such a pattern is normal, but the spacing is larger. Try to reduce the amount of lateral pass, or try a wider blade. However, if the blade is wide, it will show horizontal stripes.
Fifth, consider whether it is processed in one time, or finished in a second time. If it is a machine problem, it should have this pattern on the whole root. If secondary finishing occurs, please check whether it is because of the roundness. This problem arises because the angle is too large or too small.
Sixth, check whether the Z-axis screw support bearing, the back cap is loose, or the possibility of the spindle is greater.
The above is the method to deal with the occurrence of chatter marks in CNC precision machining products.
