A first tube shaped to slide within the inner tube is configured to slide within the end tube, each tube may be secured in a selected position relative to each other, allowing a tilt pin or button to be secured in one of the plurality of holes in the tube. A number of holes are aligned on the tube so that they can be tapered or annular with angled pins that snap into the holes to hold the tube in place. One or more pins snap into or operably engage one of the holes to secure and position the tube in a selected location. In one embodiment, the locking mechanism includes a tapered pin with an annular notch therein and an angled actuator arm.
