Therefore, after dyeing, the dye must be sealed and fixed in the membrane hole. In the whole process of oxidation dyeing, it is common for industrial aluminum profiles to have poor dyeing due to oxidation process. Whether the film thickness and pores of the oxidation film are uniform or not is the premise and basis for obtaining uniform and consistent color when dyeing, in order to obtain a uniform and consistent oxidation film, to ensure sufficient circulation, cooling, and to ensure good conductivity is very important, in addition to the stability of the oxidation process.
