Ha Ting CNC bed spindle design structure features
The owner's shaft is divided into mechanical spindle and electric spindle. Among them, the mechanical spindle is a patented product of Harting, and its design structure is very distinctive. There are five main structures of the mechanical spindle used in the Haring CNC car, namely, the spring chuck (the work piece is fully inclusive, the shortest clamp length), the fast-changing chuck (mass production, between the spring chucks, all filled with rubber mats, so that Impurities do not enter the adapter and are suitable for a variety of shape spring chuck structures, step chucks (suitable for large diameter part clips), internal rise structures (mainly used for thin-walled parts, or parts with inner holes as positioning references), and three-paw chucks. For quEST series CNC lathes, more use of built-in spring chucks, more use of tallent series of three-claw chucks. With a maximum speed of 6000r/min, The built-in spring chuck with an inner cone structure, as shown in Figure 1, has the following significant advantages over the common general-purpose mechanical spindle structure:
(1) The structure is simple and easy to change quickly

The Harting machine changes the support point of the spindle and places the support point on the center line of the spindle, so that the spindle is balanced in the upper and lower heat, so that the heat spreads as little as possible to the bed body, so as to achieve the most effective spindle heat release.
(4) Maintenance-free is good
Harting spindle for maintenance-free spindle, it is a whole structure, using solid lubrication form, front three-row roller bearings, rear two-row ball bearings, further increase the rigidity of the spindle, Harting spindle with blowing device, each clip has a gas blow-hole action, to prevent chips or impurities into the spindle.
(5) The accuracy is high
The spindle radial run-out accuracy and end-face run-out accuracy error are less than 1 m, the full-stroke positioning accuracy is ±0.005mm, the full-stroke repeated positioning accuracy is ±0.0025mm, the round accuracy accuracy error is less than 0.75 m, and the surface roughness can reach 0.2 sm. For ultra-high precision CNC crib, the radial run-out accuracy of the spindle and the end-face run-out accuracy error can reach up to 0.4 m
