The thin-walled stainless steel pipe must be cleaned before welding, because even a trace of grease dirt or oxide layer has a great influence on the welding quality. The fixture is required to be smooth and flat. Before operation, use fine sandpaper to remove the oxide film and burrs on the thin-walled thin tube port to make the end surface smooth and flat. Then use acetone ultrasonic cleaning to remove impurities and oil on the surface of the tube. After drying, use pliers to pinch one port of the thin tube Take the shape shown in Figure 1 and implement the tail seal. At the same time, in order to prevent the molten pool from contacting and oxidizing with the air, special auxiliary equipment is used to protect the inert gas argon in the pipe, so that the back of the weld is not polluted by air oxidation. Welding adopts 30A micro-beam plasma arc welding power source. Because the size of the plasma arc welding torch and the shrinkage size of the tungsten electrode will affect the size of the welding current and cannot be directly adjusted during the working process, it should be determined according to the material and size of the sample before welding. In the test, the nozzle diameter of the welding gun is 08mm, the diameter of the tungsten electrode is 12mm, the shrinkage size of the tungsten electrode is 1.5mm, and the electrode end is ground to a cone angle of 10-15 before use.
