Carburizing heat treatment is an important processing technology in the mechanical manufacturing industry. With the rapid development of the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry, the demand for large-scale mechanical parts for carburizing and nitriding treatment has made the hardened layer depth of carburizing and nitriding large-scale mechanical parts The requirements are getting deeper and deeper, and the requirements for internal quality are getting higher and higher.
The conventional carburizing process and carburizing control seriously affect the carburizing production efficiency and energy consumption. The precise control of carburizing temperature adopts the temperature control system of muffle main control + muffle external control + monitoring. The main control and joint control adopt parallel control mode, and use PD to adjust the analog quantity to trigger the thyristor to control the working temperature of muffle.
Precision control of carbon potential
1) The accurately controlled muffler working temperature is used as the temperature calculation parameter for atmospheric carbon potential control.
2) The equipment is equipped with more than two sets of control systems, using two sets of systems including oxygen probe and infrared gas analysis, forming two sets of systems that can be used as the main control and auxiliary control of the carbon potential.
3) Expanding from single parameter control to multi-parameter drawing adopts O2, CO2, O3+CO, CO, +CO to form four different control modes that can be switched and operated.
4) The use of oxygen probe, infrared gas analysis, integrated intelligent controller, variable metering pump proportional electromagnetic network) realizes the PID analog adjustment control of the carburizing process.
