China's tool exports reached 18.4 billion yuan in 2019, up 6.92% year-on-year from 2018.Imports amounted to 11.1 billion yuan, down 4.4 percent year-on-year in 2018.The export of measuring instruments reached 1 billion yuan, up 1.34 percent year-on-year with 2018.The export volume of datemeter was 260 million yuan, down 18.7% compared with the same period in 2018.Imports of measuring instruments and meters totaled 1.34 billion yuan, down 12.7 percent year on year from 2018, of which imports of measuring instruments totaled 300 million yuan and imports of measuring instruments totaled 1.04 billion yuan.
