Forging process characteristics of aluminum alloy
(1) Low plasticity. The forging temperature range of most aluminum alloys is within 150c, and some even only 70c. Therefore, it is often necessary to use in forging production. Especially aerospace and military products with strict requirements on product performance are often produced by isothermal forging in the final forming.
