In order to meet the functional, structural and aesthetic requirements, complex curved components are widely used. The traditional molding method has become the first choice for most processing enterprises due to low equipment investment, but the processed products have poor precision and high operation risk coefficient. With the improvement of modern processing technology, CNC machining center has become the first choice for the processing of special-shaped complex components. Through the automatic control system and uniform speed feed, the surface of the processed products is smooth, good precision and high efficiency.

The author compares and discusses the advantages of CNC machining technology through analysis of complex curved components from traditional processing methods, aiming to achieve efficient and precise processing of complex curved components. At the same time, taking a wine rack product as an example, the specific test process is described.

1 Traditional processing methods

People's aesthetics of furniture products are usually expressed by various curved parts." The traditional molding method is mostly tailoring, that is, the special-shaped components to be processed are made into templates, and the components are drawn on the substrate based on this Contour, and then use the joinery band saw machine or wire saw machine to process the board into special-shaped wool, and then through the milling type to produce the finished product. Figure 1 shows the common process of drawing line sleeves to cut special-shaped components.

However, in actual production, the above methods have the following deficiencies: 1) Poor accuracy of parts. This problem is particularly prominent in the "milling" process. The main reason is that the feed rate of the part is uneven, the processing surface is prone to ripple, and when the feed is not continuous, the tool rotates at the same contact point at high speed, the surface of the part

"Burning black" affects the quality of the processed surface. 2) The "line drawing" process requires the operator to identify and remove material defects, how to maximize the use of substrates, etc. The "cutting" process requires the operator to control the "cutting" margin within 2 mm.

In the "milling" process, the operator should pay attention to the down-milling and up-milling of the component, the wrong direction is easy to cause the component to collapse, and the operation risk factor is high 2cNc processing technology CNC processing technology is to control the tool movement process through digital signals . During processing, the product can be decomposed into four parts, and simulated production scheduling in CAD software, so as to intuitively understand the material utilization rate. And the use of CNC processing technology can simultaneously process multiple sets of products through the second run, which can improve production efficiency.

CNC machining technology has great advantages for the complex shaped curve components similar to those in Figure 2. Use the computer to control the cutting amount and cutting speed to ensure that the cutting surface is smooth and smooth.

But in the actual production process, the following technical treatments can be carried out: 1)

Figure 3 shows the corner of an inner right angle of a product component. Due to the rotation of the milling cutter, it will be processed into round corners (unprocessed parts in the figure) to affect the assembly.
