To build a big manufacturing country with this, the CNC machining technology that wins the weak is a hurdle on the road ahead. Because of the high-speed, high-efficiency, high-precision and high-reliability characteristics of CNC technology, CNC machine tools have become an important equipment to ensure national strategic safety, economic security and industrial safety. Therefore, training CNC talents is a major strategic choice made by my country. However, the development of CNC education in vocational colleges in China has the following problems: various vocational colleges have greatly strengthened the training of CNC talents, but they still cannot meet the needs of our country for CNC talents: both teaching content and curriculum settings Unable to meet the requirements of the enterprise; due to financial reasons, the teaching equipment is very old and the quantity cannot be met; the students are damaged due to the unskilled initial practice operations: the large amount of data generated by the students during the learning and operation process has not been summarized and analyzed, Cannot provide guidance for teaching and learning activities.
In order to solve the above problems, this paper designs and implements a CNC machining center teaching simulation platform that integrates theoretical teaching and simulation training functions. The platform includes two parts: one is a guided teaching and training system based on the LImECNC control system, which completes the practical teaching and operation assessment of the students; the other part is the teaching software based on the web server, which is mainly used for theoretical knowledge teaching and training of students Analysis and evaluation of operation information and classified evaluation of students.
