What Is the Aluminum Shell Processing Technology?
1. Internal high-pressure forming technology.
Internal high-pressure forming technology is a new forming technology that has appeared only in recent years, and is a research frontier in the world. According to its structural characteristics, various connectors can be formed by internal high-pressure forming method once, or can be first made with the general extrusion method, and then with internal high-pressure forming method orthopaedic, through internal pressure and axial force replenishment to press the pipe billet into the mold cavity to form it.
Because of the excellent performance of inner high-pressure forming and the degree of freedom of design, an inner high-pressure forming part can replace the workpiece welded by several parts, thus avoiding the distortion and deformation generated by welding, and has high dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties. Its main advantages are: reduce the quality, save materials.
2. Precision die-casting technology.
The connection stomp of aluminum alloy body frame structure is formed in casting, and the casting method is mainly based on some advanced high-precision die-casting methods, such as semi-solid-state die casting. Semi-solid die-casting technology currently has two forming processes: flow-to-shape process and touch-to-shape process. The former is the liquid metal is fed into a specially designed pressure-forming cylinder, shears by a spiral device to cool it into a semi-solid slurry, and then die cast. The latter is to feed solid metal particles or debris into a spiral pressure-forming machine, where they are molded and formed after heating and shearing conditions.
At present, semi-solid metal casting for industrial applications at home and abroad mainly refers to touch casting, which is used more in the body frame structure. As a precision forming method, touch casting has high strength of the workpiece after forming and can achieve a single forming of complex shapes. It enables mass production of a wide range of cutting-free or minimally cutting parts, reducing the number of parts.
