Combined with the actual production, according to the process requirements and the degree of good condition of the modified machine tool, different modification schemes can be used.
1. Mechanical transformation
A new CNC rotary press is designed to achieve: high static stiffness, small coefficient of friction between the moving vices, no gap in transmission, high power, easy to operate and repair. The above requirements should be reached as far as possible when the machine tool is CNC modified. It cannot be considered that connecting the CNC device with the ordinary machine tool meets the requirements of the CNC machine tool, and the main components should be modified accordingly to achieve certain design requirements in order to obtain the expected transformation purpose.
2. Sliding rail side
For CNC rotary press, the guide rail should not only have ordinary rotary press guidance accuracy and process, but also have good friction resistance, wear characteristics, and reduce the death zone due to frictional resistance. At the same time, there should be sufficient stiffness to reduce the impact of rail deformation on processing accuracy, there should be reasonable rail protection and lubrication.
3. Ball screw
The selection of the screw mainly depends on the accuracy requirements of the processing parts and the drag torque requirements. Ball screw friction loss is small, high efficiency, its transmission efficiency can be more than 90%, high precision, long life, starting torque and motion torque close, can reduce the motor starting torque. As a result, higher precision part machining requirements can be met.
