It features the FD83 patented locking mechanism with two interlock features to eliminate spills and ensure maximum safety. The coupling halves are identical, ensuring easy connection and disconnection without extra clamps. Valves cannot be opened until the coupling halves are mated, and they cannot be disconnected until both halves are closed.

 

Ideal for data center liquid cooling, these couplings provide high flow with low pressure drop for efficient, cost-effective cooling. Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel 303 and EPDM seals, they offer durability, low maintenance, and long lifespan. Leak-free and 100% helium leak-tested, they ensure top-quality fluid containment. This coupling offers improved flow compared to standard dry break quick disconnects. Its unobstructed flow path ensures maximum flow and minimal pressure drop, with no valve components in the flow area to cause blockages. The dual interlock system prevents spills, ensuring that valves cannot open until the halves are securely mated, and the halves cannot disconnect until both valves are closed.

 

The unisex design simplifies connections, removing the need for male and female parts, which streamlines operation and inventory management. A 360-degree swivel allows easy positioning of valve handles and reduces hose twisting. Key features include minimal spillage on disconnect, a locking pin and lever handle to prevent accidental disconnects, and optional color-coded bumpers to avoid cross-connections.

 

Constructed from durable materials like stainless steel with EPDM seals, it is built to handle up to 150 PSI operating pressure and 300 PSI burst pressure.
